Our Story
From Manzanillo, Cuba to Florida — A Journey of Strategy and Growth
I’m Noelvis Ramirez, a Cuban native of Manzanillo, Granma, and the founder of Noelvis Ramirez Accounting Services LLC. I hold a Master’s in Accounting from Keiser University and bring professional experience as an auditor and tax accountant, a combination that has allowed me to develop an integral view of any business, understanding its numbers, its risks, and its opportunities for growth.
I grew up listening to my grandparents tell stories of Manzanillo in their time, a thriving port city on the southern coast of Cuba, sustained by the sugar industry, maritime trade, fishing, the production of rum, footwear, and textiles, and a prosperous shipyard. From them I inherited the drive to create, the discipline to grow, and the conviction that a well-run business is one of the most honest ways to serve a family and a community.
I started my own business with that same conviction, paired with a truth I see every day, most business owners pay more in taxes than they need to, not because they aren’t working hard enough, but because they lack a strategic tax plan.
To me, Florida is the reflection of what I once imagined for Manzanillo, a prosperous state driven by commerce, tourism, imports and exports, healthcare, and real estate investment. My mission is to walk alongside Florida’s businesses and help them grow through smart tax strategy, contributing, through my work, to the prosperity of the land that welcomed me.
